The lab of Asst Professor Tsukasa Kamigaki at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, is looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow who is interested in investigating the ageing brain system.
We study the microcircuits and the brain-wide networks that underly executive functions and how they are disrupted in association with ageing. The successful candidate will work on this project using multiple techniques including electrophysiology, optogenetics, and calcium imaging in active behaving mice.
– PhD in neuroscience or a related field.
– Data analysis and programming skills with Matlab, Python, or R.
– Preference will be given to those who have experience in electrophysiology.
